Wow this location really needs to fix their pick-up service. I work for 2 different delivery services and everytime I get an order from here there is a minimum 1 hour to 2 hour wait for the order to be given to me. Other walmarts are quick and efficient, this one is very slow and backed up now for months now. I totally ignore orders from here now but once in a while I will take one hoping the service has improved but I'm always disappointed to learn it hasn't. Delivery drivers miss out on other orders having to wait 2 hours. C'mon walmart time is money get your pickup service in order.

Do not shop at walmart centennial. The manager who is blonde with glasses who was working on November 19th at 745 is very rude. My pick up order was 5 hours late. I went in to require why and asked if i can get my groceries on a gift card or pick them out myself. She was not helpful, very rude and basically did whatever she can to kick us out. When I said I needed my grocery order to feed my kids so they can have school lunch tomorrow, she then kicked me out of the store, canceled the order and threatened to call the police on me. She should not be a manager or work in customer service. She made my two very young kids scared and cried.

I'm grateful for the free grocery pickup service; however, for the last 4 weeks, my order wasn't ready until hours past the timeslot I selected when I placed my order. It just makes it difficult to plan when you don't know when your order will be ready. Before this, I never had any issues with my pickup time (and I've been using the service for years now).Regarding quality, I rarely purchase produce from Walmart (in general) as the quality is usually quite poor. This isn't just an issue with this specific Walmart location, though - it's Walmart in general. The prices and quality are great for items other than produce, which is what I typically purchase from Walmart.

As a connoisseur of tomato product topped breads (pizza, Roma pizza, ketchup sandwiches, etc.), I must say that I enjoy the pizza buns sold here. The cheese melds well with the tomato sauce and provides a good source of sustenance. However, they’re often out of stock and that makes me upset because they don’t alert me ahead of time.Consider putting a sign out front so that customers like myself know before we enter the store.

Nobody updated your hours online that you guys close at 10 on Sunday now lots of angry customers standing at the door right now and you have some young employee yelling at everyone that the store is closed and not they don't get paid to change the hours in Walmart doesn't get paid to change the hours . I know you make millions of dollars and probably don't care but really not a good luck for those people that really just need something right now.. I'll be heading up to a Sobeys where I can get whatever I need.

All staff are great but a big shout out to cierra She is so friendly and very bubbly.she also when I was in self checkout went to go get an item that I was missing . It’s always a pleasure seeing her and she makes my experience better.

Im a regular customer at this location however I was disgusted by the way the two guys and the woman at the tech department spoke and treated me. Walmart’s standards are dropping day by day by hiring unprofessional people and don’t know how to talk to customers. Very rude and not helpful at all in finding items. They should really get rid of these people especially who was in the tech department on the 22nd Oct 2023 sunday evening shift.

SHould not even give this place one star after how rude managment treated me on the phone and how the male mployees took someones belongings and looked in inside them because they couldnt catch someone for stealing but then accused my sister of stealing a bag she bought from winners the other day becaue they do not seem to know there own inventory because this is the second time a lady from a different background thought a whitw person was below them. The security people are legit so dumb because when they realize yours bags are actually not from there they resort to video taping people against there will. so a law suit will be filed now and maybe walmart should stop hiring these nasty humans.

I got to be honest, I can't remember the last time I came to this location and you had anything in your flyer in stock.....I mean seriously. This location has got to be the worst for massive empty spaces on their shelves, meat section, and produce. It's really pathetic.

Pick up service - Great.Self checkout needs some major improvements.I am a regular customer at this location and never thought I would be treated the way I was by a "new" employee the other day. For the most part staff are usually decent, especially one lady that checks receipts I believe her name is Estelle. Everytime I leave this location I stop to speak with this lady and she is always a pleasure to see. When I went to this location though on September 8th I was using the self check out for a cart full of items that I had to get for my son's back to school needs. While I was checking out I scanned a backpack that I was purchasing from the location and also started scanning items and using the backpack as a bag as well (makes sense when you have to pay for bags everywhere you go now) while I was still in the middle of scanning items a "new" employee came up and asked to look in just the backpack catching me off guard I allowed this employee to do this. She picked up a package of caramilk cookies and stated where is this I showed her where it was clearly scanned and she walked away. After I processed that this person was suspecting me of not scanning a $4 pack of cookies while my whole order cost $420 mind you, I asked another associate for this person's name this is when security came over as I was quite upset as I was not even finished scanning my items and I come to this location every other day. Theft occurs when a person is leaving the premises, additionally I have no contract with Walmart that means I do not have to show my receipt while leaving especially after I am scanning the products that I am purchasing in turn doing the stores job for myself, for the staff here to have the audacity to suspect theft when someone is mid transaction is absolutely ignorant. The lady that checks the receipts I have never given a problem to even though the company are enforcing harrassment towards regular customers the lady checking the receipts is the best worker this location has. Security was also decent, but the staff member that took it upon herself to check my bag for unscanned items decided to apologize while smirking at the situation, this staff member needs some appropriate training in customer service as well as common decency when interacting with customers.DO BETTER WALMART.STOP HARRASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS AS THEY ARE THE REASON YOUR IN BUSINESS.DONT HARRASS CUSTOMERS WHILE USING SELF CHECKOUT TAKE THE SELF CHECKOUTS AWAY AND DO YOUR JOB IF YOU HAVE A THEFT ISSUE!

Great place, but the manager Sue said that she couldn't do much about a couple of gentlemen laughing at me and calling me a loser on my way out. Their accent interested me, and so I happened to ask where they were from. India, they said.They seemed very interested in mocking me and stood watching me as I left laughing and showing me their white teeth.I had tried to change the conversation and asked them if they were good dancers.Definitely not within her control, and so I said I will wait for maturity levels to grow to and show canadian consistency in equivalency in terms of respect before I shop here again.Canada is about respect, love, fairness, and all things good and beautiful that line up with these ideals.We are a nation that defines and practices empathy, and we are loved for thatIt's not something we should change.Facts are more important over opinions.Good-looking men, though. Shiny earrings and all; cut right out of a movie script, I'd say!Great place otherwise. You always find what you're looking for.

I shop at this Walmart regularly and don't understand why they consistently have more than half the self-checkout registers closed in both sections. You have lineups of customers standing around waiting for seemingly no reason when one of the 3-4 employees standing around staring at us could just open more self-checkout registers?? We're doing the work ourselves now, so what's the excuse???

C'est vraiment dommage ! Le magasin est grand et les prix sont correcte mais alors l'attitude de certains personnel est à revoir ! Je suis passé 3 juillet vers 18h00 et au caisse rapide pour caddie j'ai eu le droit à une blonde qui réponds même pas quand on lui dit merci, son attitude et sa façon d'être avec les clients est vraiment à revoir, sourire ne fait jamais de mal. La vie est belle !

what a disaster! they Closed the doors to get out at 945 and you have to walk around regardless if you have a stroller walker wheelchair etc..there were no buggys when we walked in and even the instant photo booths close earlier then it shouldavoid this one!!!Online it clearly says open till 11pm and they are kicking everyone out and there is an employee standing in front of the doors with a cigarette smoking telling people they can't come in....many have been turned away. everyone is complaining about it closing at 10 and it not being posted anywhere..avoid!!!!

Worst manager ever, never going to this location again! We went to return an item "without receipt", she said go and buy some replacement items, as Walmart not issuing any gift cards now. So, I went and shopped for 30 minutes came back for billing, she said no, go again and buy stuff from same department, I already bought the replacement item from same depart one day before and showed her the receipt, she was literally like I do not care, I will not do it. (wasted 1 hour, every other customer was having same issues, God bless employees working under her). went to another location, issue was resolved in less than a minute.
