“I have been to this jewellery store many times in the past to get a battery replaced. Recently, I had an older watch that needed a battery. They replaced the battery on site, but the watch still didn’t work. There was something wrong with the mechanism itself.. I was told that it would take perhaps a couple of months before they could repair it as it may be difficult to find parts, and could be they may not be able to find the parts. It took a couple months but I have my watch back and as good as new!! Thank you so much fine touch jewellers!!”
