This Thanksgiving, I am Thankful for Westmount Pharmacy and Krunal. On a holiday long weekend, a Sunday where they are closed, he had to go in to make antibiotics for my child. They definitely treat each and every client like family! I am grateful for an awesome customer service and treating my family as your own! Thank you Krunal!

Our special order was sent to this pharmacy, the staff were extremely supportive and helpful despite the process being complicated especially Kaipi who followed my order till the end.. they have all sorts of top quality products

The staff and support are exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive my prescription promptly. They're always friendly, asking how you're doing today, and very personable. They have their mobile prescription app too - super convenient to renew/reorder prescriptions. Operating hours are okay and go late enough in the evening on most days.

Not helpful at all. Pharmacist did not listen to actual questions. Personal medical history overheard by other customers. Awful customer washroom with too few supplies. Other staff take too long to contact. Expensive too.

Called at 10:30 this morning about about blood pressure monitor, was told it could be delivered between 4-8pm but usually doesn’t go later than 6, I called at 6:30, was told them the delivery person was out with it and on their way soon, I called at 7:30pm to follow up as the hours say closing soon and was told 30 more minutes, it’s 9:15 and still have heard nothing

I used to wonder why my parents went out of their way to use this pharmacy - until I started helping Mom and Dad with their care. Westmount pharmacy really cares about their clients and goes out of their way to ensure they have the medications they need in formats they can manage. Thank you for taking such good care of my parents.
