I was 2nd in line and waited 59 minutes for service I get having a 4th person may not be worth it, but it's absolutely unacceptable in my eyes. I talked to the guy for about 2 mins because I had a question and he couldn't help me. No fault of the employee, it was out of his hands and I don't blame him. I just think it's ridiculous that I waited 59 minutes for 2 minutes of service at a very off peak time. That makes me want to go to another store at renewal time.

Dhaval the associate there was not interested at all. We waited in the queue and when we were called he told us that he doesn’t have much time so if there is a quick question he can help us. He was very unprofessional and not at all willing to assist. Not at all recommend this place.

I did ask to speak to a manager. There was not a manager avaiable new years eve.
