I recently had the pleasure of visiting Work Authority and received exceptional service from Gail. Gail went above and beyond to assist me with exchanging my old boots for a new pair.Not only did Gail ensure that I found the perfect replacement, but also made me feel valued as a customer.I highly recommend Work Authority for their excellent selection of products and outstanding customer service, thanks to professionals like Gail.

I came back to purchase a new pair of work shoes - outstanding service went way above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect pair - I highly recommend this location their quality is awesome and their staff is beyond great. If I could give more than 5 star I would. Sadly I didn’t get the associates name but was in 10/02/23 mid afternoon

Recently got laid off work after purchasing some work boots and Gale was a great help, I talked to her over the phone and she offered to help and thankfully was able to give me a refund. Always recommend this location if you are in need of work attire, thanks again!

This store/location is organized and quite bigger than where we usually go (the Downtown GTA location). This store have mostly the best seller boots (most sought after ones-like the fashionable ones lol) and they have quite a lot of sizes in stock too. They have a lot of display for both boots and sneaker type ones. The SA- Dana if i am not mistaken is her name, was very attentive and helped me all throughout, she even offered to lend me a thicker socks in case i want to fit in the boots with thicker socks.

I was served by (Christine - 1456) @ 2255 Barton St location.It was an awesome customer service experience. Christine went above and beyond in helping me out.I tried many shoes in different sizes, Christine was busy, but she attended other customers at the same time...I was very impressed how she did that...I wasn't able to get the safety shoes I wanted in my size, but Christine looked it up to see in your other location...She was able to order me my size and it came in the time frame she said it would...Christine was very patient, kind, polite, & helpful....Thankyou Christine for the wonderful customer service experience.

This is a very hard time for us all right now but I think sometimes a lot of us forget how hard it is for the workers deemed essential who have to be there and serve us putting themselves at risk with very little protocols in place to do just that. I was in the Redhill hamilton location on saturday and was served by Britney who I needed to stop and acknowledge for how well she handles her role during this time. She was straight to the point, honest and more than helpful while making sure I was safe as was she. Anytime someone is doing their job and also killing it, we should recognize that. Britney did just that for me yesterday as someone who had no clue what she needed and also didnt want to be there longer than necessary. She exerted authority and knowledge over her covid protocols while still managing to make me feel welcomed and important which is virtually impossible these days but she did it. I was also able to share this with her and she was humble and surprised cause she was just doing her job. Workers like Britney should be given credit especially now so thank you and also thank you to her partner Katrina for also making sure I was informed of protocols but still having the time to be a human being with a personality. It was a great experience and I will choose that location for now on just because of those staff members. It was a rare experience so definitely worth sharing!

Worst customer service i have ever seen here the lady cashier over here so rude to my friend. She left crying from here , like this is not the customer service people want from a store. I don’t wanna highlight your name you’re not her enemy but please try be nice with other people we all have our personal and work issues in life.sometimes you don’t even know that this kinda attitude will ruin someone’s day.Thanks

I worked for purolator for 16 years and I never had a customer who was as friendly to me as Gail. She always tried to make my job easier by offering to help or just by being kind like offering me water on a hot day or letting me use her washroom when nobody else would during the pandemic. Made my day and job better just by being an awesome human being. The other girl that worked there was also very nice..I think her name was Dana. If anyone wants good customer service they should definitely visit this establishment
