Went last year for a leaking flex pipe, service was great and the issue was fixed. Called today inquiring to have my exhaust system from the catalytic converters back replaced. The employee on the phone did not know what a cat back exhaust was, so I had to explain. Then he was quick to "well not today I'm swamped, call back next week". I never once stated I wanted it done today. I was just looking to book an appointment for a future time but the staff was rude and seemed like they didn't want my business. Don't waste your time calling. I called another local muffler shop and scheduled an appointment with ease.

Zoro Muffler is a great little muffler shop and has remained very consistent over the years with every visit for various exhaust repairs on various vehicle types. The guys know their stuff and do great work in a short amount of time. I sat in the waiting room recently ( which was a short time) and the service advisor had great conversation and personality. I highly recommend getting your exhaust work done here and you won't be disappointed and they have great prices ??

Brought in an old-ish bmw 3 series with exhaust leak. The flanges between the exhaust parts were rusted out. They welded in a few pipes after removing the rusted out bits and the problem was fixed for a reasonable cost and in 20 minutes. Hopefully won't need to be back in, but if I need to I'd go back

I was extremely impressed with Brian (manager) and his mechanic for their expert attention and honesty re the servicing of my vehicle today. I had an exhaust/muffler issue occur whereby the vehicle was loud and noxious fumes were escaping into the cockpit. They could have taken advantage of my lack of auto knowledge, but did not and just did what had to done without any false embellishments or misrepresentations to charge me more. Although I live in Oakville, I would not hesitate to drive out of my way to return to this garage to experience this kind of treatment again re any exhaust related issues. Best to deal with a specialist. Honesty and good service go a long way.

If you require muffler and / or exhaust work done on your vehicle, Zorro is the one and only place to consider. Recently went in for some repair work. I’d had the technician look at it a few weeks earlier and he’d explained what was required. I wanted to purchase and supply the part myself to save some money and they were happy to provide the labour to install. Drove in and out within 45 minutes on a Monday morning and technician walked me through what he had done.
Fantastic service and quality workmanship. Thanks guys and I’ll recommend to anyone who’s looking. Always my go to place.

Everytime I call it's always I can't get to it this week cause we are short staffed and we cannot take on the task and to call back next week and maybe they will have more people working. This is the 4th time I've tried to call ahead of time to see if it was possible and not just show up and only once was I able to get in for a small warrantied job. Wish the employees were disciplined better and didn't take so much time off. My friend also tried to get exhaust work done and was told over the phone to bring it in that same day of calling but once he got there an hour later he was told they were unable to do it because of also beaing short staffed again..so he went else where its unfortunate for the business they are losing.

I just returned from the only muffler service store(in my opinion) in the city....Zoro's.

I haven't needed their service in ayears, but, they still haven't changed.
The same great efficiency, good guys, good prices, and they fix only what's needed. What a pleasure.
