MY husband and I walked into this store looking for items to build a tent for our toddlers room. We apparently went into the wrong aisle and immediately a super nice gentlemen walked up to us and asked if we needed any assistance . After minutes of conversation he was able to help us and directed us to where we needed to go get the items we were looking for.
This gentleman ( MICHAEL) was complete knowledge of every single aisle. His CUSTOMERS service was amazing and it was a pleasure. MICHAEL if you ever read this one day please continue to be the wonderful person you are. I live all the way In Brampton but will drive all the way to Oshawa because of your outstanding performance and customer service.”

“Hi. Paddys Market is 41 minutes or 53 kms from my home and they will NOT service my Jenn-Air refrigerator. I have bought 60G worth of appliances from them, most of it in one purchase! And more than that over the years. Apparently we are outside of their service area. Not great business or a great business due to poor service/of what they sell.
UPDATE* Within 24 hours of posting my review, Paddy's Market management reached out to me to address all of my concerns 😊. They apologized and specifically had plans in place to address misinformation provided to me and took care of the repair needed to my Jenn-Air fridge! I will happily remain a Paddy's customer thanks to their expeditious and fulsome response and actions. They are a highly recommended business thanks to the resolution of the issue(s) and standing by their product. Thank you Paddy's Market 😊 .”
