“I have used Oshawa Appliance Parts a couple times over the years. They are extremely knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help you figure out what you need. AND they actually carried the parts I need for my Samsung washing machine. Paddy's Market doesn't have Samsung parts. I don't know why I even went anywhere else.
Highly recommend!
Only thing I could complain about is that my childhood trauma of living with a hoarder is triggered walking into the place, lol. But I understand given it's a small business and being so busy. But busy means GOOD!

“Brough a PS5 portal here . Looked brand new and worked well so far . The place is full of items of specific type. You will be lucky if you find what you want . place is little far from us almost an hour. After reaching super surprised there are no bathrooms. So please before you reach there use services if you need ! And it’s super close to beach . Plan for that as well dnt want to waste a drive ?? other than that there are nothing near and it’s isolated like an industry place . Things are good here.”

Best price in Durham region btw. They just popped it in their van and delivered it to my door no charge! Shout out to Ray Anne and her manager. Service is unsurpassed!”

MY husband and I walked into this store looking for items to build a tent for our toddlers room. We apparently went into the wrong aisle and immediately a super nice gentlemen walked up to us and asked if we needed any assistance . After minutes of conversation he was able to help us and directed us to where we needed to go get the items we were looking for.
This gentleman ( MICHAEL) was complete knowledge of every single aisle. His CUSTOMERS service was amazing and it was a pleasure. MICHAEL if you ever read this one day please continue to be the wonderful person you are. I live all the way In Brampton but will drive all the way to Oshawa because of your outstanding performance and customer service.”

“The delivery boys were awesome they removed a folding door for room for the dryer and there was some difficulty getting it back on but they didn’t give up and they got it back on my hubby kept saying don’t worry about it guys I can do it but they wouldn’t give up and they got it on. So polite and professional staff from the delivery to the sales lady in the store ?”
