I was recently caught in an online scam and delivery was with the Hanmer post office. A staff at this post office by the name of Julie explained i was not the only one to have this happen. She was super helpful as she explained to me what steps to take to try to get my money back. Thank you Julie, hope you stay here as we need good workers like you.

It's been 2 days I've been calling and when they pick up they put the phone down immediately to stop the phone ringing, that's when they decide to even pick up.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called to verify if I had a package to pick up. I received a last call card and I picked up a package last week so I wanted to verify if there was even a package to pickup. I was told by the woman that I was not important enough and she could not stay on the phone until the computer was free. She did not offer for me to call back when they were less busy, she just told me I had to waste time out of my work day to come in person to get a package that doesn't exist. The post office closes at 5:00PM and I work until 5:00PM.

There’s was a issues with the delivery of my package. The staff where very nice and went out of there way to help me. I really appreciate it.

Terrible experience every time. I always get the same lady. Long dirty blonde hair. She complains the whole time she's doing anything for you.And she's incredibly condescending. I'm not sure what we did to offend this woman but she treats us like annoying trash.I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking perhaps she had a bad day the first time. But its every single time.Avoid at all costs.

Twice I've had to call this location to ask them to make an exception and provide me things that should be impossible. Twice they've pulled through and got me out of a mess I had created for myself.Rings for a while, but when they answer they're really nice and in person they do everything to help and that's saying a lot, considering the other reviews.People are very critical of this location, but I've personally only had amazing customer service from them! 5/5

All of the employees at this location should be fired because they are absolutely incompetent at their jobs!I've had to wait 20 minutes in line, while the other coworker is talking to another coworker instead of helping customers.I've called this location many times, but no one ever answers the phone. I've had parcels sit at this location for days before they got delivered to my address.These people don't care whatsoever about the customers and are only there for the paycheck.Government employees are the worst because of their self-entitlement attitudes. Hard to fire them because of their union, so you're just better off using another courier service like Purolator, but sometimes unfortunately you're left with no choice to use Canada Post. And when that happens you know damn well that your pracel/letter etc. won't be delivered on time!

Very friendly, however I have paid almost 100$ for mail forwarding for a year, and my mail still gets sent to my old address. This may be a technical error but I have contacted the post office and they are looking into it. Fingers crossed this can be resolved and all will be well.

The couriers in this area have delivered our mail to the matching address on the street adjacent to ours every other time I’ve made an online purchase. The last time, the courier quickly drove back and knocked on the door where it was delivered, just as our lovely neighbours where opening up my package. I completely understand human error, every now and then, but at this point I’ve had to declare 3 or 4 packages undelivered on online shops/Amazon. It takes all of two seconds to properly look at a street name/address and put it in the proper slot/bring it to the right house. Going to be making another phone call tomorrow morning to report an undelivered tracked package. They also mark packages “delivered” hours before they actually are, I guess as a time saver? I don’t know. Brutal service.

I totally agree with Ms. Dione. They can't tell me where my package is (that they allegedly said the wrong address was on it). As well, the clerk in Hanmer called the North Bay clerk a liar. All I can say is that the professionalism was nil.
