Canadian Tire offers a mix of experiences for customers. While many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, such as those at the parts counter who provide excellent service, others have encountered rude customer service and management issues that required the owner’s intervention. The store is clean and organized, making it easier for customers to find items, especially with the in-store app. However, some reviews mention that the store can be poorly stocked in various areas and that the maze-like exit can be frustrating. Overall, the helpful staff often makes up for these shortcomings, encouraging customers to return.
Let me preface this by saying the workers were a great help! However having one of two persons on the entire floor is a shame, Canadian tire needs to do better. If this continues I’ll have no choice but to drive elsewhere cause nobody has all day to wander these aisles - hire some more people
