“I had an issue with the pharmacy - there was a misunderstanding. I was told they could keep my prescription in their fridge for me until my upcoming appointment. They called, told me it was ready, zero charge, it was ready for pickup whenever my appointment came. Today was the day I had scheduled the specialist appointment, took months to get in, and I needed my prescription for today. I go to pick up my prescription, to be told that they put it back if it’s not picked up within three weeks. We went back and fourth about how I was told I could keep it there and ultimately resulted in I had to wait an hour (my appointment was in an hour and a half). I go back in an hour to pick it up, I was only given half my prescription and thankfully the Pharmacist caught that last time I had gotten a larger prescription. Well they had forgot half my prescription and without him noticing I would’ve showed up to my appointment with half of what I needed. The pharmacist was so kind and so helpful, he rushed to get the extra fill, then it wasn’t covered by my insurance, he called my insurance and explained and had everything sorted. I was in such a rush and the pharmacist could’ve totally said come back another day but he really made a stressful situation so much better due to his above and beyond nature. Such a nice guy! Thank you so much. I would’ve had to wait months to get a new appointment plus pay a no show fee. ( to no fault of my own ) but he fixed the situation and I appreciate that so much. Don’t see that much these days!!!”
