I called and asked if they had wireless chargers for my phone. The guy who answered sounded stoned and told me he didn’t know and said to check the website which I find difficult to navigate. I could tell he really didn’t want to go check so he put me on hold and left me on hold for over 20 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up. Also halfway through waiting I was transferred to the pharmacy and me and the pharmacy lady seemed confused as to why I was transferred to them. Guess the guy was to lazy to go check for q phone charger. I wont ever be buying anything from this store again. Worst customer service ever.

Was standing at cash waiting for cashier. There was a woman doing something at the camera counter that was ignoring me after making eye contact and a man at saidcounter I assumed she was helping. There was a sign at cash with a bell instructing to ring for service, so I rung the bell. Said woman (a supervisor) then informed me she was busy and I have to wait. I thought maybe someone else was working cash which is why the sign was there. The supervisor working could have very easily said I'll be there in a minute or I have a customer or taken away the ring for service sign or even not been so rude after I did ring the bell.

I’ve encountered several mistakes filling my prescriptions at this location which resulted in a lot of my time being wasted and anxiety. They lost prescriptions days before my surgery. I had my doctor send them the ones they lost, they still only filled one of the two! Kept me on the phone for a more then a half hour looking for the final lost prescription. I finally just hung up. Unbelievable!

Hiring employees who enjoy their job might be a good idea, the older lady who assisted me at the post office made my experience unpleasant.

I had an issue with the pharmacy - there was a misunderstanding. I was told they could keep my prescription in their fridge for me until my upcoming appointment. They called, told me it was ready, zero charge, it was ready for pickup whenever my appointment came. Today was the day I had scheduled the specialist appointment, took months to get in, and I needed my prescription for today. I go to pick up my prescription, to be told that they put it back if it’s not picked up within three weeks. We went back and fourth about how I was told I could keep it there and ultimately resulted in I had to wait an hour (my appointment was in an hour and a half). I go back in an hour to pick it up, I was only given half my prescription and thankfully the Pharmacist caught that last time I had gotten a larger prescription. Well they had forgot half my prescription and without him noticing I would’ve showed up to my appointment with half of what I needed. The pharmacist was so kind and so helpful, he rushed to get the extra fill, then it wasn’t covered by my insurance, he called my insurance and explained and had everything sorted. I was in such a rush and the pharmacist could’ve totally said come back another day but he really made a stressful situation so much better due to his above and beyond nature. Such a nice guy! Thank you so much. I would’ve had to wait months to get a new appointment plus pay a no show fee. ( to no fault of my own ) but he fixed the situation and I appreciate that so much. Don’t see that much these days!!!

I always love coming to the shoppers. There's a couple of girls in the cosmetics department that are super nice, knowledgeable and personable. I've been in there to shop just to look around, and they're not too pushy. After a few minutes they'll come over and ask me if I found everything I was looking for. And they let me know they're just around the corner if I need anything.I do want to say, if you're shopping in the cosmetics department, for example; hair, makeup, cleansers, creams and shampoo, etc. Just go to the girls at the cosmetics counter to checkout at their cash. They get a commission from that. Help them out, they deserve it! They're good little workers. Not to mention all the workers at the front of the store at the cash are good too. The pharmacy team is very good as well.

Don't wanna be to rude I love the store and the younger staff they are all super friendly and helpful. But last Friday December 9th at around 5pm i was shopping around the store and near the pharmacy I heard alot of yelling it sounded like an older woman with a lot of swearing. Which sounded like it was towards employees In some office near the pharmacy I'm guessing it was discipline towards an employee of such. But it was definitely a little much and very unprofessional and everyone shopping around me could hear it. I am very disappointed if this is how they treat there staff.

Just went in to buy a few items on Seniors day. After looking for a few minutes, a salesgirl walked up with a huge sigh asking if she could help. I mentioned the type of product I was looking for, she brought me over to something that wasn't even close. At that point I remembered the name brand and mentioned it to her. She then curtly said it wasn't made anymore, spun around and walked away! I kept looking and found the product I was looking for about 2 feet away. On the way out, I overheard 2 other exchanges between staff and seniors. In both of these, staff snapped at seniors questions. To be fair, I did overhear the salesgirl in cosmetics, patiently and politely respond to the questions she was getting. Well, I certainly will not be adding to these salespeoples' frustrations, as I will never shop there again, EVER!!!

Shame it does not have auto refill and doctor won't give more than two refill at a time. Takes for ever to reach by phone. Takes two trips per prescription.

Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. The Pharmacist's at this location are always up to date with current health information and about my medication. Service is quick and they are always courteous and respectful.

The workers are really nice there it's well organized and just the owner can be very rude I he's been rude with me and I've seen him being rude to other clients but as for as for the workers they're very nice and very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to products skin care and I find it's really a well-organized store it's just it's liking right now a lot of products that probably due to covid it's a good place to go shop cuz it's a good place to get your PC point you get a lot of PC point when you shop at Shoppers I love shoppers

Called to see if they still had Covid PCR test kits - about 2 mins on the press this and press that before I spoke to a human who said she didn't look after that and would pass.me through to the "front" - waited 4 minutes with no answer so just hung up.

I go here all the time...and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and fantastic sales! Love the Hanmer Shoppers Drug Mart!!!

Unclean floors and cluttered almost constantly, never staffed fully and the post office is constantly closing well before its supposed to causing delays in shipping and receiving timelines
