Just completed putting a buffet together. A couple of dowel holes didn’t line up which threw the buffet out of square. Solved it by drilling larger holes and using wood glue. Hinges for doors are at best poor quality. Will be purchasing better hinges as these feel cheap. Will not purchase another product.

Looking for a drapes for bedroom, had different ideas on colors with my wife. Sales person came and made a such low EQ comments on our conversation. We left with arguing.

A very nice store for your home decorating needs. We went in for duvet cover and some throw pillows. After a bit of a search we found everything we liked. The nice sales lady rang us through very quickly and we were on our way.

This is what I wanna writeI have not been to Bouclair (Hannon location) since covid. I was amazingly pleased with all the new and cool décor they have. I wanted everything! The store was clean, neat, esthetically pleasing and well organized. They had exactly what I was looking for and well priced. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with me. I will be returning again when I do my renovations.

I absolutely love shopping at Bouclair. This is where you can get unique items, great quality with fair prices. The intimate shopping experience is what's really great, and when you have questions, they are fully staffed with knowledgeable employees. Rymal is my closest location and never disappointed with any shopping visit. The manager is really friendly and super helpful too.

Horrible customer service on multiple occasions when picking up online orders. Always a negative experience with the store's inconsistent policies and poor customer service at this location.

Horrible customer service. Will not be coming to this location. If your employee are not feeling like working, then maybe they shouldn’t. But being upset for having to scan product to check their prices is unacceptable. Get your worker trained or get better workers.
