A very nice store for your home decorating needs. We went in for duvet cover and some throw pillows. After a bit of a search we found everything we liked. The nice sales lady rang us through very quickly and we were on our way.

This is what I wanna writeI have not been to Bouclair (Hannon location) since covid. I was amazingly pleased with all the new and cool décor they have. I wanted everything! The store was clean, neat, esthetically pleasing and well organized. They had exactly what I was looking for and well priced. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with me. I will be returning again when I do my renovations.

I absolutely love shopping at Bouclair. This is where you can get unique items, great quality with fair prices. The intimate shopping experience is what's really great, and when you have questions, they are fully staffed with knowledgeable employees. Rymal is my closest location and never disappointed with any shopping visit. The manager is really friendly and super helpful too.

Horrible customer service on multiple occasions when picking up online orders. Always a negative experience with the store's inconsistent policies and poor customer service at this location.

Horrible customer service. Will not be coming to this location. If your employee are not feeling like working, then maybe they shouldn’t. But being upset for having to scan product to check their prices is unacceptable. Get your worker trained or get better workers.

I give this store location 5 stars. However I give the online customer service department / head office 0 stars. Had many issues with my order regarding pricing, originally bought chairs online for 20% off and was only given 10% off. They will not honour this even though I have receipts and proof of 20% off that should have been discounted. Sofa I purchased was lined with very obvious blue ink, such an eye sore. Super disappointed and will be returning to my go to furniture store for modern pieces - Structube. Will not recommend bouclair to family, friends or colleagues.

Very disappointing product and service. I did not realize Bouclair would provide such a poor customer experience. We purchased curtains for our nursery, both panels were evidently incorrect lengths. When we went into the store, the manager rushed to get us out, providing us another panel that was an incorrect length. She was clearly brushing us off. They were significantly long, that when hung it looked ridiculous. One too long and the other too short. Customer service is supposed to be helping find a solution and they do not respond anymore. Have never had this problem with other stores, so highly recommend taking your business to another organization. We actually have to pay additional $$ now to have the curtains adjusted.**Update** customer support is now saying there is a +/-2 inch tolerance on their curtains. That is absolutely absurd. That means tou could end up.with a curtain panel 82" and another 86". You cannot hang curtains like this. Obviously someone is being dishonest. That means they expect their customers to pay extra to alter their new curtains. GO ELSEWHERE.

Expensive stuff, make sure you pick the right choice otherwise you can't refund 99% of the stuff in the store. Even if you've never opened the packaging.

Horrible customer serviceAlways defective productsI contacted customer service at their head office and they offered me 20% on next purchase. This company doesn't provide refunds or reimbursement when their furniture is welded improperly. Don't waste your time or money on them, literally absurd. Go straight to wazo furniture or any other reliable sturdy furniture shop.While this coffee table is going to the garbage. I would not recommend bouclair to anyone the standards are too low.
