Made appointment and filled out all forms for my flu shot. Only one pharmacist and no other staff to help and many people in line for prescriptions and flu shots. Pharmacist keeps on serving customers that walk in first instead of the people that have been waiting and with appointments. She is flustered as I understand since there is no help for her but she is also rude and said if I don’t want to wait I should go to another pharmacy.

Love this SDM. They have what I need almost all the time and the staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond to help you. I recently changed to this store as I was shopping at the Centremall branch and was always feeling like I was somehow putting them out for spending 3 or 4 hundred dollars at the store.So I thank them for making me find a new store that is much friendlier to their customers.

Absolutely horrible experience with Lama from the pharmacy. This woman is horrible with customer care asking about things that are none her business. Judgmental and down right rude. I do not recomend this pharmacy to anyone. I also called a few times and was put on hold for over 20 mins on several occasions while entering the store ( while still on hold ) watching nothing happening behind the counter. Absolutely unprofessional and childish. Very poor customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!!My dentist faxed my daughters prescription to this pharmacy between 12-1pm today. I drove straight there and upon arrival (roughly 1:55pm), I was completely ignored as the pharmacist present continued chatting with his colleague despite seeing me at the drop-off window. After getting their attention, I was told the prescription would be ready in 30mins. I gave them my phone # to text and confirm when the medication was ready for pickup.I went back home to work and as of 3pm (over an hour after I arrived at Shoppers) there was still no text. I called back and was told it would be ready in 10-15mins, but decided to drive there instead of waiting at home since my daughter was in excruciating pain. When I got there it was still not ready at 3:20pm. I complained to the Pharmacist Conner Bullen (the same one who ignored me and continued chatting earlier) who replied back that he, “Would not be rushed.”My entire experience with him today was awful, he was rude, arrogant and provided terrible customer service. I switched to Costco Ancaster because of their poor service a few years ago. The only reason I went there today was because of the close proximity to my house as I had several meetings to partake in.But after my experience today, I will NEVER VISIT THIS PHARMACY EVER AGAIN! And if you want to go to a pharmacy that attends to you promptly and respectfully, I suggest you never go here either. I would give this place a 0 if I could!

If i could give 0 stars i would,The stuff are disrespectful, i asked for the pictures for the citizen to be sent to my email she said yes i can do that because i was applying online and then all of a sudden she gave it to me as an actual picture.When i said that I didn’t ask for this she started yelling and telling me to leave the store, plus i been going back and forth for all the government pictures to the same store and i never had one issue with the stuff, these new stuff are disrespectful and they don’t know what they’re doing.

They refused to provide mis marked item for free when I quoted the law. Cashier stated we don’t do that, which is wrong

Michaela as soon as you enter treats you with a beautiful smile. Didn’t ever buy my cologne fromHere but after her professional and honest advice with guiding me towards the BEST I will NOT go to any other shoppers centre BUT HANNON:) thanks Hun God bless you ILL SEE YOU Quite often got another one today!! Kailyn was also helpful. Cheers Cheeeeers!;) to all. Overall my neighbourhood trusted and reliable source.

This branch closes at 10pm and I showed up at 9:47pm for prescriptions. I was in a lot of pain and needed the prescriptions right away as opposed to the next day. Without asking what medication I need the pharmacist (lady with head covering) told me that they are closing in 10mins and therefore cannot help me. First of all as a medical service outlet you should not refuse service unless absolutely necessary (obviously not applicable in this case) and also if you plan to stop service early then please adjust the stores opening hours so people know in advance and dont have to drive around. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I am sure my company would not be happy if I did that at my workplace.

I’ve had a lot of issues with prescriptions here. The pharmacy seems very disorganized with a lack of communication. I showed up 2 days ago to pick up one Rx only to be told they don’t have it and wasn’t I called? No, of course I wasn’t. So I’ve now been without it for 3 days because they had to get it from another Shoppers. I’ve been on a number of prescriptions for 29 years and not once has a pharmacy not filled one on time. (I ordered it 2 days ahead, too.) I’ve also had a number of issues with delivery; and last week spent over 30 minutes on hold to speak with someone because they were “very busy”. I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable. I don’t want to but it looks like I have to switch pharmacies because I need something more reliable. Update: once again they’ve left me without a Rx. They said it would be delivered today but it’s almost 9pm and it’s not here. I’ve been on hold over half an hour trying to reach them - again. Yesterday they charged me for something that is actually covered by OHIP. Mistake after mistake and terrible customer service.

Refuses to ring the doorbell so we didn’t know anyone was at the door. Driver knew that we were not going to be home and to ring the bell but the driver didn’t. Husband is now without meds for the next few days due to incompetence of driver. We have ring so problem could have easily been avoided. We had arranged the evening before on recording to leave the meds in the mailbox. Store agreed. Today they refused. Also they had the meds in their possession for who knows how long and refused to contact us about delivery. We make arrangements for delivery then say we didn’t make arrangements. We are reporting them to anyone and everyone who will listen. They think denying people meds is ok

I have had problems several times with the same pharmacist named Lama. She told us to pay for medicines for children and when I realized and called for a refund, she said that she couldn't do it while talking to me completely nonsensical. This pharmacist was very unpleasant to me. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Amazing customer service by Teri. Easily navigated between helping me purchase gift cards at self checkout and other guests at the regular check out counter. She deserves a raise!
