The lady working at customer service, her name is “Theresa” was EXTREMELY rude to me when I came in to exchange a few items. Honestly don’t work for customer service if you don’t even wanna let someone finish speaking and are abrupt. Go work for McDonald’s I’m sure they wouldn’t keep you there long either.. fortunately her coworker his name was Faisal saw the interaction and he was so kind and apologized for her behaviour as she stormed away throwing a tantrum.. good luck with that lady. I wanna say thank you to Faisal, people should learn from someone like him to be kind, helpful, and understanding. I am only giving 3 stars because of his ability to help me. If I could give a zero I would for Theresa, dont expect people to just stay quiet when you are clearly this rude to others as well. Learn some respect lady cause you have ZERO.

I'll give a negative if I can. Seriously, who is running this place? The shelves are always empty! Early in the morning most especially?! I would understand if it's the end of the day. But goodness! Useless! Can't get milk at walmart!

There's absolutely no reason to not be able to get in contact with anyone via phone at any time of the day. I called once to customer service to ask if there was a certain product I wanted in store.. I am certain they could have looked up the SKU # for me before making an hour drive there (as I am an hr from any Walmart location) to then be put on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone from another department to answer. I hangup and call back and say no one has answered.. to be told they will try to transfer me to someone else. No answer again after waiting 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I get people are busy but the lack of wanting to actually help from customer service.. what's the point in being customer service if you're not servicing customers?

This walmart has an associate named faisal and i scanned every product in self check out but i heard him talk to someone in punjabi that thiefs look like this. This is your customer service? Do you even know that how to talk to a customer he started judging just in one meet up . This is how they treat. He was saying i am manager here you cannot do anything to me. Worst experience ever with Mr. Faisal.

Lina from customer service is very rude. Went to return an item and she was mad because the product is now wasted because they have to throw it out and it can't be used because I returned it. The product is perfectly fine with no damages and defects. Her job is to return items and assist customer needs. Not explain to them what's going to happen to an item when you return it.

Pharma was a waste of time. Very diverse group they have working. Not one patient or client waiting in line so we decided to get a consult from the pharmacist who was standing right there. Browsed the isle close for about ten mins , she was still there and no consultant. Good help is just too hard to find. Will never fill a script here that's for sure

If you order from the photo centre at this location, don't expect next day photos or products. I ordered at this location 3 times with in the week. First time I did, I got an email after an hour saying my order was delayed.After 3 days, all my orders were delayed so I tried callinig customer services multiple times only to be told "wait another day and if not call us again" (keep in mind these products where orderd for my business and customers were waiting) After almost a week of waiting and 15 calls to custom service, I called the store. No one answered the phone at the photo centre so had to call customer service at the store to page someone to answer the phone. They said there was a photo paper shortage but I ordered posters which they had (so why the delay) so the employee said come end of day andthe order will be ready.Well come end of day and still no update saying "ready for pickup" so I went to store to pick up the order. I come to the store and was told "we dont have any order under your name". I had had enough of the chasing around so demanded they look up my orders and "magically" they found my orders sitting in the drawer right there. I left the store with my products and will note come to this location anymore. If i pay extra for next day ready, i expect NEXT DAY, not 1- 1/2 weeks.If you want next day or even same day ready printing, order at the brantford location, incredible service and welcoming staff.

I think walmart has too many customers if they have no problem turning everyone away at the end of the day. Store hours 7am-10pm but was refused entry alomg with two other customers at 945pm. Clearly this company doesn't need our business

truly feels like my last visit was crafted by pranksters. unbelievable mischief at this location. firstly, all the charms were dull. everything tarnished! i went to the aisle and nothing to be found. the other aisle, too many! i went to the froth section and it was absolutely rancid. understocked, overpriced, security following me at every step. asking me. i got asked so many times. i nearly croaked. i tried to get assistance but the air was thick and smelling ripe. the fruits of Walbert Marton have been spoiled. his once fine institution reduced to a frothless and tarnished rubble. it was like dancing on his grave. pathetic measly selection of critters - they even removed the section! i searched the barren shelves and realized the prices. despicable business practice. i can’t believe what i saw next! would love to return but the parking lot has been closed for construction for the past several years.

I went here for the sales and they literally had NOTHING that was on sale.Also I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgustingly dirty. Both men’s and woman’s bathrooms. Over flowing toilets no toilet paper garbage EVERYWHERE. I’m so grossed out about how dirty the place was I left my cart and went to the grocery store across the road.

If I could give this location a negative rating I would. By far the worst Walmart I've ever been in and I've been in all of them around here.Worst part is I live right behind it but I'll never shop there again after repeatedly being dissatisfied

I am a regular customer at this Walmart. Just asked for few 100 bills in exchange for 20s at the customer care / returns section (as the near by Scotia ATM unfortunately spilled out only 20 bills). The lady (in yellow jacket) was so adamant and did not even help me. Pathetic experience.... She was hesitant to spend 2 minutes, just to offer a mild help.Please note that I had received help (regarding the same) from other staffs, from the very same section in the past.Kindly be more helpful to customers.Just a constructive feedback - Please suggest employees (especially who are handling customers) to be more lenient towards customers.Incident Time & Date - ~06:10 PM on 05-JULY - 2023
