“I cannot say enough good things about Summit Transmission and the outstanding service I received from Larry Sr.

After visiting three different Ford dealerships, spending over $1,300, and still not getting meaningful answers to the issue I was experiencing with my vehicle, I was becoming frustrated and running out of options. None of the dealerships took the time to properly investigate the problem or provide the level of due diligence that I felt was necessary.

Larry Sr. completely changed that experience.

Rather than making assumptions, Larry personally took the time to go for a drive with me, listen carefully to my concerns, and discuss the symptoms I was experiencing. His knowledge, experience, and willingness to diagnose the issue properly were evident immediately. During that conversation, he pointed me in a completely different mechanical direction that made far more sense than anything I had been told previously.

What impressed me most was that Larry genuinely cared about helping me find the root cause of the problem, not just selling a repair. The level of expertise, honesty, and customer service I received was far beyond anything I experienced elsewhere.

Summit Transmission has absolutely earned my trust and my future business. It is refreshing to find a company with this level of technical knowledge and commitment to its customers. I will not hesitate to recommend Summit Transmission to anyone experiencing transmission or driveline issues.

Thank you, Larry Sr. and the Summit Transmission team, for your professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile. You've gained a customer for life.”

“Amazing experience being new to the town! Got me in super quick and even had me in the next day for a minor problem and had me in and out. I couldn't say better things, my first time ever leaving a car shop and feeling relieved and communicated with. I'll recommended them 10x over to anyone and will 100% come back!”

“Traveling through from Tobermory to London. Van had difficulties. Was able to be seen right away and diagnosed. Had to have towed to London, but Mcarthur helped us out greatly and I highly recommend.”

“I was 3 hours away from home when my engine light started blinking. The closest town was Hanover and I was able to get my vehicle to this shop safely around 9 this morning. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. They were understanding of my situation and helped me immediately. I am very satisfied with the HELP I received from this buisness today. The sitting area and washrooms were clean, I waited just over an hour for them to get my car in and change a spark plug. I was in a vulnerable position and I do not feel overcharged, the receipt has a clear description of the work done and time it took. All of the staff that I ran into this morning were very pleasant to do buisness with. Thanks again for taking me in so quickly and changing my awful experience of being 3 hours away from home with a flashing engine light to a positive one where I got home safely!”
