“Great Pharmacy and friendly staff- thanks team.
We would like to see the team send email replies (when ready for pickup) to the customer when they order and request pickup availability of their prescription online.
Thanks”
“5 Stars – Hanover Shoppers Drug Mart
I have dealt with different Shoppers Drug Mart locations in different areas, and I have never seen such friendly, knowledgeable and thorough staff. They are so helpful and kind while they’re doing it. They are all wonderful right down to the Delivery drivers.
The other day I mixed up my days and ran out of my prescriptions. I thought I was going to have to wait another day, but they called back the driver so I could get my prescriptions when I needed them. It was amazing how quickly they fixed the problem for me.
This is hands down the best Shoppers I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!”
“This has always been a great place to shop but over the last few years even better. They’ve hired some good employees the last little while. If something changes I will update the review! Keep up the great work, well done!”
“My name is Ranu. I was travelling to Tobermory. Suddenly I realized,I forgot to bring my medicine. I went inside & talked to the lady pharmacist( Saturday June 27@ 9.45 to 10AM). Right way she called in my hometown Pharmacy & got the prescription. Within 15 minutes I got my medication. She was very very helpful. Thank you so much.”
