Lately it has become harder to get my groceries done. There are way too many Walmart employees with big racks on wheels filling online grocery orders. Is there not a time when they can fill the orders that does not interfere in the ppl who come to the store to get their groceries? The stores are packed with people stocking the shelves as well. It’s getting to the point where I won’t go to Walmart anymore. I try to go down a row but it’s packed with customers order fillers and stickers. Find a better way please🥲

First of all, I have many complaints with this Walmart and will only be addressing a few.
They never keep anyone in the makeup/ hygiene isle to unlock the locks on the products. I waited 20 minutes for many workers to try to find a sales associate to unlock a product for me. Not one was found. They announced it over the intercom for someone to help us but ultimately no one came. You shouldn’t lock up your stuff if you can’t have anyone to unlock it. This has happened multiple times and I eventually give up and go to shoppers drug mart. They never use to have locks on their products but now I’ve see people that are forced to rip it off the shelves due to incompetence.
Next complaint I have is the electronics section. I have seen many people have a problem with the one old lady who works there. I have myself. Just very rude to customers overall. Also, it just feels like you’re being ignored when trying to get something unlocked AGAIN. Even for a phone charger, it’s average that you have to wait over 10 minutes for someone to help you out. Atleast make sure your departments are staffed correctly. Dont even get me started on how rude they are when you need to print off photos.
Overall, most staff here are rude. Customer service workers as well as the cashiers.

Have never had a bad issue here. Recommend ordering photos online & pick up as it’s usually a little cluster back in the photo centre. Anne at cash is SO friendly. Mike is also very nice. Pick up orders have always gone smooth. Always someone to help.

I want to give a shout -out to Anne, the cashier who helped me at the self checkout. She is very kind, I am glad she was there and I appreciate her. I did the survey but because I think you deserve it-I want to post it here too so that more people can know what a difference you made.

The layout is weird. Makeup when you walk in? Produce on the left? Furniture next to tech?? Odd.

Customer service associates Faith and Rosey were excellent. I live 2 hours away from the store, I phoned the store needing a certain baby formula for a 5 days old new born. All the stores around me were sold out! Faith and Rosey were kind, patient and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a Walmart. I have a serious issue with Christa who was working in the electronics today (October 15, 2024 between 1:30-2:00pm). My husband and I were buying a Chromecast and my toddler had soiled his diaper, so we grabbed diapers and wipes so that I could change him. We went to Christa with the items as to not open it before paying for it, and after making a rude face, she explained that she couldn’t cash us out, and that we had to go to the other till and someone would be there to help us soon. My son was crying in discomfort as we waited for 15+ minutes. Christa didn’t page anyone or get anyone to help us. She stood there with her back turned to us the entire time, playing in her phone. I took a diaper out of the box we were purchasing and went to change my son while my husband continued to wait because I was not going to let this woman make my baby wait another minute. While I was gone, another employee walked up to the cash and she cashed them out immediately, no questions asked. My husband politely explained to her her that he’s been waiting for more than 15 minutes and she said “well I’m just going to cash him out first ( referring to her coworker) and then she cashed out my husband afterwards. I was the only black person in the entire store and my husband is white. It definitely felt as though I was being neglected because of my race, considering the fact that my husband was cashed out after I left and we were made to wait so long, and the other 2 white customers were being helped promptly. It is absolutely unacceptable to make someone wait for 15 minutes without even one attempt to find someone to help us, especially when my one year old is crying. It is disgusting and my husband and I are appalled by the lack of customer service and blatant racism. I will be taking this to head office. I have owned a cottage a few towns over for years and have been coming to this Walmart for years. As uncomfortable as it can be to be a minority in a rural town, I have never felt attacked or singled out because of my race until today, by Christa. Someone needs to train Christa on how to deliver proper customer service, and explain how it’s disgusting to ignore someone because of their race.

Member of staff was incredibly rude to myself when my children were looking at toys. Stating my children were disturbing customers- the staff member looked visibly tired, and therefore herself was irritated at my children browsing the toys not other customers as I had not seen any customers approach her.

Walmart Supercenter with large parking lot. Courteous and helpful employees. Very narrow aisles in the fresh fruit and vegetable area. Won't accommodate more than one cart. Good bathrooms.

Purchased a pair of wireless earphones that didn’t work. They would not take return 2 days after purchase because they were a product that “goes in your ear”. I was not warned at checkout. The “Satisfaction Guarantee” number printed on the product box connected me with a Walmart employee who said they couldn’t help me because it was not an online purchase. Don’t buy wireless earphones at Walmart.
