“2 weeks ago I was in Harrow at my cottage and realized I had left some of my heart medications at home. I panicked for a minute until I talked to Layla a Shoppers Drug Mart who was amazing and took care of everything. Even when I told her to ordered the wrong pills . She had to re order them .And she did it all with a beautiful smile and the curiosity that is hard to find these days. Thankyou Layla. I now believe in Guardian Angels”

“I’m from out of town, forgot one of my meds. I called this pharmacy and was able to speak with the Pharmacist Nick, very helpful, courteous. Within about 30 minutes or so, I received a call back from Nick to say that he had contacted the Pharmasave where I live and was able to secure the medication I needed and was able to pick up. Amazing service and very friendly. Great customer service!!!!”

“Great experience with the pharmacy. Everyone working in the pharmacy at Shoppers on Talbot Street in Essex are knowledgeable and helpful. In particular. I wanted to mention Emily, who waited on me yesterday, Aug 3.. I was there to pick up my monthly medication. It’s quite expensive and I pay out of pocket. She told me that lately there had been special offers for a lower price on the medication. Then she checked online for me and found a great deal which will save me quite a bit of money each month. She was so helpful and wasn’t put out at all for having to spend extra time with me. . She’s definitely an asset to your department. Quite impressive for such a young person. I’d really like to thank everyone at the pharmacy for the professionalism, helpfulness and kindness they provide.”
