The bank staff are great. The ATM however is regularly is out of denominations that are actually useful. For example, I just tried to withdraw $40 while the minimum denomination allowable was $100. Not very helpful at all. Ended up at a non TD ATM in town and having to pay a surcharge for the experience. I don't know why, but I expect far more from one of Canada's big banks!

I was a BMO customer, both personal and business for over 30 years and left after a terrible customer service experience in Campbellford. Switched to TD in Havelock and found them to be infinitely superior, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

My Financial Advisor, Teresa Todd, moved mountains for me. What some small TD branches have to deal with their head office, sometimes give them a bad rap. I was an hour early for my appointment and I watched how cheerful and helpful all the tellers were. Their customers in the line up were just as happy.I recommend this branch to anyone. Just keep in mind to be patient with their results because it's not always up to them to give you a quick response. They sometimes have to deal with the bureaucracy of the main office in the GTA.

The Havelock TD Canada Trust will take over 3 1/2 months to complete a very simple transaction that other banks complete in 2-3 weeks. A employee will lie to you everytime you call in, inquiring about the progress of transaction. Bank manager will say - we dont know why it took so long. Will not offer to do anything about it, nor their employee that felt it necessary to lie or give excuses. Never dealt with a bank that put taking MONEY from a client ahead of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
