“I never write reviews… but this is an exception.My washer broke over a week ago, I had purchased a new one online to find out that I will only get it within the next month. I live in a condo so my options are limited as I need a stacked washer/dryer. I decided to cancel my order and though maybe I can just get it repaired instead. My dad was extremely satisfied with Rosco Appliances and figured I’d give them a call. I explained the situation with my washer; front loader that wouldn’t spin anymore and for the past year that I’ve lived here it always sounded like a plane was taking off during the spin cycle. He knew exactly what is was and told me it was not worth repairing. I inquired if they had any stacked washer/dryer set and he did, so I purchased a set at a fantastic price. Within 5 hours of purchased (I live in Orleans), I had it delivered installed and my old ones taken away. I’m blown away with their service. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic as well!! They had amazing team work… (it was quite the challenge to get the appliances in my condo and the old ones out) and they did so without a scratch or dent in my walls and hardwood. Super friendly and respectful of my home. I highly recommend!!”
