Decided to give it a try for thanksgiving dinner, always hoping to find a small butcher shop and not buy from a big grocery store.
What an amazing experience. Owner was super nice and helpful. Picked up veal shank for osso bucco. Beautiful cuts, the picture is after browning before going being prepared .
