Definitely a mistake that my name is associated with a 4 star experience at Krowne last year.
My minivan was in and out within 30 minutes; rustproofed and washed.When I asked they said that's about how long it takes. I then had it checked by a mechanic (who's done tustproofing) who said many areas and even standard plug areas were not done
.I don't like to leave bad reviews so I let it be. Having just received another yearly invitation brings back to mind that terrible job! Had always trusted Krowne under the old owners; but not this place!)

A great experience from start to finish. Arrived early, was taken in right away! Price was as stated and even received a 10% discount. Will be returning for future work. Finishing touch was a washed car when I left. Thanks guys!

Brought my brand new 2022 Ford Bronco Sport in to get rust proofed for winter.Took all but 30 minutes. I was a bit surprised how quickly they did it.When I got to my car it was parked in the sun and they had not properly washed and dried it so there was what looked to be dried soapy water all over the hood and body of the car. Not to mention oil overspray all over the windows and body panels.I showed the person at the counter and he didn't seem to really care.When I got home I spent hours trying to clean the car. Had to use a heavy duty decreaser on the window and the body panels. The hood took for ever to remove the dried on soap or whatever it was.Car still looks bad. Going to have to get it detailed.Very disappointing experience to say the least.

What can I say? Brought in a brand new car to be sprayed for rust control. The car came out scratched inside the doors where they pierced holes and outside the car. They scratched the inside with the driill I guess and the outside of my car too while cleaning it. My leather seats were FULL of oil all over. (They obviously didn't bother to cover the doors with plastic to prevent ruinning the inside with the oil) I felt like it was a botched and rushed job. If you go to Krown Hawkesbury hoping to protect your car against the rust, they'll ruin your car's paint during the process. Doesn't make sense right? If I could rate them 0 star I would. They even refused to refund me after all that. Worse place ever! You've been warned! They do not care about your personnal property (you car) or you as a client. I was so disappointed that I will tell everyone about this until they appologize and refund me!

Very poor customer service. My partner arrived 10 minutes late and she was totally ignored by all the customer service employees.Addresses without consideration and does not show understanding.I have no intention of going back.
