Owner was extremely rude, acted like my time didn’t matter, degraded me and left me in a panic attack because of how rude and aggressive he was, every time I tried asking questions and tried to explain what I wasn’t understanding and continued to walk away mid conversation to deal with things in French he didn’t explain to me the pricing and I ultimately left with an unfinished car appointment. He threatened to not do the repairs over a $2 part that I wasn’t informed about I’ve been going to them for over a year and never had an issue until dealing with the owner. I couldn’t believe the lack of customer care and empathy this man has! I will never go here again??
