In recent days, I did business with a representative of the National Bank in Hawkesbury. Her first name is Lucie. I simply want to congratulate her on her professionalism towards her customers. Lucie shows great empathy with people. It was a pleasure to meet Lucie, who offers exceptional services and demonstrates remarkable listening skills. Bravo to the BN branch in Hawkesbury which employs competent staff!

What kind of bank doesn’t answer their phones.Sketchy transactions made in our investments and when dealing with our parents estate account.Not too sure why I can’t access transaction history online. Or get transaction history from the branch directly. Especially when applying for a mortgage.The only positive is Micheline. She’s the only one that’s ever been helpful.

I contacted the Hawkesbury National Bank today to inquire about wrong deposits made by them from my investment accounts. I gave them the correct amount and they said they would correct the errors. This was early PM today. Correction still not made (now 7 PM). First question I asked was, who gave them permission to change the amounts. They could not answer this simple question and I did not recognize them at all. Very poor service. Now I cannot discuss with anyone as the offices are closed. I have been a client at this branch since October 1997. Not for long though!!!

I can't get through on the phone. TI can't find an email address. They won't take me off a loan that I was coerced into signing as a co-signer. This bank is the worst I have ever know.
