“Hospitality is exceptional front desk staff very accommodating We staying here for a few weeks and it’s been great Rooms could use their own microwave and toaster but there is a resteraunt in the hotel so that’s good to eat at prices a little high but to be expected for the convience , restaurant would be awesome if they could deliver to the room but picking up isn’t a complaint I did majority of my own housekeeping but the house keeping staff very nice for getting what we need I do not speak French so there’s challenges with that but front desk is usually the easiest to communicate anything you need We have a booking issue when we needed to extend our stay but make that worked it out with us was wonderful was able to call the people that were coming in to switch their rooms to the second floor since there is only steep stairs it was too dangerous for my baby but they were able to do so and that was great. I have no complaints I do have suggests about being better with microwaves and if they added an elevator but other than that it is a good hotel to stay at”
