“It’s true, you don’t know how great your insurance is until you need them. Two years ago we had a derecho, wind storm, go through our neighbourhood which did major damage to our home and property. I made one call to Co-operators and they were on scene and took control of the situation within hours. The agent in charge was phenomenal and first of all made sure we were okay, we weren’t. We were in shock and it took a while to comprehend the destruction and damage to our beloved century home. The agent spent days working with us to assess and itemize the damage and advise on replacement and repairs. In the end we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. A year later we had a flood caused by a defective supply line on our ensuite toilet, which did substantial damage to all levels of our home. Once again Co-Operators was at our home with a crew of highly trained professionals within hours to start the clean up. Again the professionalism was outstanding..!! Our home is again back in order and looks better than ever!!
