The hamburger is greasy and no beef flavor . Got a eye of the round roast and it doesn't have good beef flavor at all. Not what I'm used to . I'll never buy meat here again . Keep in mind it is better then the grocery store meat but not what I'm used to . Worth the try anyways .Prices are alittle high but not bad .

I dropped into Metzger's to grab a steak and some summer sausage, and was served by a young gentleman named Rizil. He was very attentive and patient, as I asked him to sift through multiple layers of striploins to select the best one. Actually, all of the staff were exceptional and friendly, and the food was excellent. High-five to Rizil and the Metzger's team.

Went in for the first a couple weeks back. Well my husband and FIL did. They were very impressed. The traditional bacon was amazing and not salty at all. The chops were amazing on the BBQ. Bought a top flat roast and it was also tasty and tender.In addition to this they picked up enough pork tenderloin and sirloin roast to make 10 of the best meat pies we ever made. And we make them yearly.Heading back there now from Mitchellas I type this.

I have to say that I was a little disappointed today. No bratwurst or regular meatloaf. ? I was happy to find rösti and aromat in stock!

I've never been to the store, but having purchased their hot pepperoni sticks at a gas station I had to leave a review. If their store selections are just as good as a packaged product you'll be in for a treat.Hands down the best packaged pepperoni I've had. Definitely not the hottest I've had, quite mild for a hot, but way better flavor. And price point is 50% less than everyone else (jack links, great canadian meat, etc), you really can't go wrong.I look forward to taking the trip to check out the store.

Lots of good quality meat, it can get busy sometimes. I'd recommend trying their hot pepperettes, yum. They have cold cuts frozen meats, the ground beef is very good, and of course fresh cuts as well, I think you can call in larger orders in advance. Last time we went they were cooking up headcheese, man that was a strong smokey smell. The staff here are great and I always stop in when I'm in the area to stock up. Thanks!

Stopped here on the way home from London. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Store front was clean. They got the best pepperettes. Good prices bacon peameal bacon. So glad the store I work at sells Metzger's Meats. Good local butcher shop.
