“Our camper bus broke down in algonquin provincial park and when we realized it was the starter I called a few garages in the area. I immediately liked the fact that Lindsay told me she had the part in stock and she could make room for me the next morning to have it installed. We had the bus towed to Muskoka motorsports the next afternoon. We waited at the shop with our dog which they allowed inside until they were finished changing the starter. When we were leaving the parking lot at 5pm, Joe, their mechanic noticed we had a leak underneath the bus. They put the bus back on the lift and saw the transmission line had a really big leak. They immediately called to see if they could get the part the next morning at 8am. We ended up camping in the garage parking lot until the next day when the part arrived (I'm pretty sure they even went to pick it up). Joe spent all day working hard on our car so we could get back safely. He even lent us his own personal vehicle so we could go grab breakfast in town. I've never had such amazing service in my life! They really went above and beyond. The crew at the garage was incredibly kind and helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. If I lived in the area it would be my "go to" garage. They even called us a few days after we arrived home to make sure our ride back was ok. The bus is still running great 2 weeks later. While I was awaiting notification to bring my vehicle in, Rene took the time and effort to re & re one of my headlights so that it would provide safe vision; when my vehicle was in the shop but parts availability was delayed, North Muskoka Auto Body covered the cost of my rental car after insurance coverage had expired until the repair work had been completed.
