“BMO has been the bank I've worked with since I came to Huntsville twenty seven years ago. They gave me my first mortgage and my first line of credit. It has always been our personal bank. But they didn't always agree to loan me funds for the businesses that I was setting up. At the beginning the loan decisions were up to the local manager but soon after, like all the banks, loan decisions were made elsewhere. Now I've sold all my businesses and gotten rid of most of my debt and bless their hearts, because we're over sixty five there are no fees on our accounts. And the staff here are friendly and great.”
“Went to deposit money at this bank’s ATM and a power outage resulted in a failed transaction with cash stuck in the machine without going to my account. Called and created an investigation.
