UPDATE: Immediately following this post, the owner, Bonnie, called & apologized. Following discussion with her, I would upgrade to 4 star. Fail to communicate. Went into Hanes Rd. location early October. Was told I would be called late October to set up in homeappointment . I can't alled November 7th & left voice message. Got call back November 10 & set up appointment for goday but time would be firmed up by phone on 14th. NO ONE PHONED. So do I have appointment today ?????????

We have been well serviced by everyone working at Home Comfort Care.We rented some equipment for 5 months, and made purchases during that time also.Taylor was always willing to help, the delivery and set up of equipmentwas done by polite, courteous young men.We have recommended this business to others, and we will use them again, if needed. ** I am happy to say Bonnie and her husband came and fixed all the things wrong with the chair and even looked at the chair lift. I am so very glad things got taken care of. Since moving my father to Huntsville a few months ago I have had mostly very good experiences getting things set up for him. Taylor has been outstanding in the customer service she has provided in getting my father set up with a scooter rental. Many thanks, it really means a lot!!

I will give Taylor a 5 star for customer service but for the rest of the team that did not follow up on a wheelchair that needed adjusting. Never came, promised the moon but delivered nothing. I have a wheelchair that is a paper weight . Now instead of fixing it they ignore my call. Never dealing with these people again.

Truly customer service at it's finest. These people came to my house on a Sunday - their day off- to install a chair lift for me. They felt bad that I couldn't get to my bedroom anymore, and did what they had to do. Very few people out there like that anymore. Caring for the people ahead of the dollar.

I rented a scooter for my dad while he was visiting from out of town. Really great customer service from the scheduler and the delivery representative - they were able to accommodate our busy schedule to drop off and pick up the scooter. Will be using them again for future dad visits!

I had no idea what I was looking for and she took the time to explain what each product was needed for, how it works, and the benefits to using it. Today we had our chairlift installed. Eric & Bonnie were right on time & worked all day getting it done. This means l can now get downstairs to my sewing room.
Thanks for a great job. We like to deal with local companies. They live close by & said if we had any problems just call.
