Parking lot says for customers only, and is policed by the staff. But a business owner on thames st park's her red Nissan all day everyday in the parking lot. Must be a friend of an employee there. Double standards!!@

HANDS DOWN THE ABSOULTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from a bank manager. A 0 star review would not be enough to reflect the amount of disrespect and un professional conduct I was handed from a manager. No customer dealing with finaces should ever be made to feel how I was today. Take your business elsewhere CIBC does not value you as a customer, respect you or want your business, other instutions do though!

Terrible customer service, no one knows what they're doing and no one ever answers the phone. Avoid this financial institution at all costs! If I could rate it ZERO stars, I would.

i had to wait 4 hours to cash my buisness check, i had done this every two weeks for 4 months with no problem, but they suddenly had a problem with it. Was ridiculous .
