The only pharmacy I've had my entire life where I've had to go days without medication due to incompetence and it's also the first pharmacy I've had where the medication can be fatal of the dose is missed

More than once when they don't have all pills they do not notify you, shingles pills for instance....then recent troubles getting pills, when stopping cold turkey has bad side effects. Worst experience ever esp when I called to ask what the withdrawal systems where and was told to not talk in that manner, I was asking as a legit concern, so googled it instead, sure does explain why I'm dizzy, nauseous and confused, I was told to take my prescription elsewhere, due to the staff not contacting us about issues. And yes I have refills, yes I would have paid out of pocket....or better yet we shouldn't have tried to transfer my new husband's prescriptions and just gone to get his from an hour away, would have been better service
So sadly after years of service, I will no longer use them or advise anyone to go there.
Ps I used to know someone who worked there, who knew of the incompetence of one individual.....there are people lives at stake with medication, not something to mess around with

get my meds here and have been for years 6+ ...no problems... good service...and it's nice as we have 2 of them within a 10 minute radius of eachother ran by the same person so that is cool to!

It is so refreshing to have a local pharmacy that puts the customer first. We switched all out business from Shoppers to this Pharmasave location. What a difference!

I do prefer this pharmacy over the one I used to go to, in Cornwall. Their closing hours are not accurate, because they do close a few minutes early.

Super friendly staff! Great with their customers and are judgment free, obviously knowing what the medication you're getting is for. You don't have to worry about feeling judged. They get your prescription done in a timely manner, and are very organized. Overall, for their location there aren't many options for a pharmacy, but they're definitely the best Pharmacy in the area.
