Very happy with the service overall, with ONE complaint: the access roads to the storage units are always muddy, covered in slush, ice, etc: you really need to rebuild your roads and driveways. Every time I bring a vehicle in, it gets covered in mud. When I take boxes out of my car, they invariably get wet or dirty from your access roads if I put them down. Otherwise, the service is great.

Urmila khamraj ( Assistant Manager) very friendly lady working at store. She explained me everything in details and gave me extra discount as I am going to park my car for 2 months in this location. It’s affordable and secure location for car parking nd for any other kind of storage.

Great place!. Very friendly and helpful staff and very convenient access with being directly off of HWY 10.Clean unit and you can tell they take care of the facility. Overall a good experience. I'll use them again and feel confident in recommending them to my clients.

From the first phone call, and up too signing has been a great experience. Charity in your Customer Service Dept is fantastic and an asset to your company. The staff at the location I chose were just as awesome. They took the time to listen. They were very informative about the company. People are usually getting a storage unit for a reason. Your staff are trained to listen and accomidate.
