I wish that it could have been resolved without the involvement of Richard, but I am happy that he did get involved.You will have a loyal customer because of this. “Came here to buy a couple of tires for my truck. Immediately impressed by the shop. Clean and one of the nicer waiting areas I've ever seen. They replaced my battery clamp as a last minute request. They even cleaned my floor mats. Definitely will be back.”
