The owners give incorrect change deliberately. They are effectively stealing from the community. This franchise should be investigated by corporate. I will file a formal complaint.

I called your store multiple times on 21/04/2025, between 12:45 AM and 01:00 AM. The calls were picked up, but the employee on the other end did not respond at all. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and proper communication. Please address this issue immediately to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

the prices at this location SPECIFICALLY seem to be different than anywhere else and its absolutely insane. $10.25 for butter?! I hope this place goes right out of business due to lack of customers cause they're straight up robbing us.

It’s okay, I go there often since I moved to innisfil a year ago. The employees don’t really care except one of them, I don’t know her name but she has blonde hair and she’s super friendly. They usually have what I want.
