terrible staff. cashier doesn't say hi, is on the phone or watching a movie 90% of the time, doesnt talk to you just looks and expects you to say cash or card. prices are good, but the quality isreflected through the price

The lady working needs an attitude adjustment… Bought $60 worth of balloons (12 in total) , she guaranteed for them to last 6 hours if I payed $.50 extra per balloon…. Anyways, half popped on the way home, when I returned to the store within 15 mins with half the balloons popped she said she didn’t have to replace them and blamed my car for it ?…..first rude occurrence in Innisfil… wishing this lady more friendly balloon encounters! I’d rather drive to Woodbridge for balloons ?

Amazingly friendly staff, incredible selection, and just a much better place to get discounted items. I highly recommend going here, however I worry this secret will get out and I will have to fight for parking. Worth it though, cannot say enough how great this place is.
