I have never been treated so poorly from a lady in a "manager" position, first off almost hit my son with a rolling rack, than I was checking something on a rack that was on the floor, she looked at me In disgust, than said "I'm taking this to the back" and pushed the cart away with nothing but attitude from a manager. " you don't want to work there than dont, but don't take your attitude out on your customer's whom are there to help fund your store. But not anymore, and I hope this review reaches others to not shop at that location

Maybe the Biggest shop in Tanger Outlets mall. It goes on and on. Clothing and accessories for women ,men and kids. Well laid out store. Merchandised very well. Make sure you try on your purchase, Sometimes their sizes are on the slimmer side.

I wish I could give this location a big fat zero! Staff all gathering in a group chit chatting for a full 30 minutes. Nobody in the change rooms either. Pure attitude from the ladies working there.I haven't had this horrible of a store experience in a long time. They literally acted like they were some snobby Holt Renfrew store....newsflash....you work in a small town outlet mall. Sorry. Would never step into this place ever again.

I recently visited the H&M store, which was quite spacious and nicely laid out. While the physical store offers a pleasant shopping environment, I did notice that navigating their website seemed easier compared to finding items in-store. Additionally, I found that the online platform provides a broader range of options compared to what's available in the store. Despite this, the store's ambiance and in-person shopping experience were enjoyable.

Great selection of products, sales section is a mess so takes up more time. If setup was more cleaner I'd have more time to look through some of the items I might want to purchase as opposed to just leaving the store when I'm running out of time

I was so upset with their representation of sizing. I shop h+m online consistently and have had lots of luck with finding clothing my size, however after both my mom and I spent 30 minutes wandering the store, with no help or even a glimmer of interest from staff, I could not find one pair of pants above a size 8. Clothing items that were on rack seemed to only be sized XS-M and sizes 0-4, with some random sizes thrown in for few pieces. I found maybe two pieces on rack that would potentially fit me at my size 10/12. Considering pants were my only reason for stopping into this store, it was extremely upsetting to feel like I couldn't find any item that would fit me unless I shopped in the guys section. Please do better with your in store size inclusiveness.
