I slipped in one day when I was in the area. I usually frequent a No Frills closer to home. I like how big and bright the store is. The employees were all quite friendly. The shelves were fully stocked. The parking lot is spacious.

I really enjoy my local No Frills, cashiers are so friendly even the customers. They need to upgrade the fruits and vegetables. The shelves are empty quite often.

Store is getting worse through the years. Dairy department is horrible. Each carton of eggs contained at least one or more broken eggs….not just cracked but totally smashed and leaking. How does that happen?? Let alone actually put them in the cooler for someone to actually buy? Lots of shelves of items I wanted and needed were empty. There hasn’t been any No Name French fries (our favourite) for weeks. Please Mr. John Rua….make this store awesome again, like how it used to be.

Self checkout is often a challenge. The lady near the counter was so irritated anytime I had to ask them for help. Anytime we accidentally keep a product after checkout or even a carry bag the whole machine just freezes. And now you have to call the lady who is so reluctant to help, at least me. I did Apologize anytime I called her for help ( even though I don't know why I did ) still no response from her

This store has racked up prices, I think it's No Frills in general is sqeezing customers. They are more expensive than Walmart, stuff here could cost a dollar or two more if you are not aware. Their price match is a hoax, not everthing is listed on flyers and they will only price match flyer prices. No Frills with Sobey's prices.

Oct 27/23 visited the store, I was in line with my groceries on the counter, and the cashier just left. I waited, 2 people behind me left went through other cashiers and left the store, I walked over to her standing by the exit door, I asked if she was coming back, she ignored me, I said hello! Are you coming back. She said yes in a minute(snarky), it had been 10! I said I hear you’re the manager, yes she said, I asked can she get someone to fill in for her. No answer. She was looking at papers. I went back to my groceries and the young woman next to me, closed her till and came over and checked me out. A lot of people spoke to me on the way out, supposedly this “manager” is a family member of the owner, that’s even worse in my opinion, a lot of eager friendly people in town deserve this job. And Sobeys has very courteous staff.

No Frills needs to work on their refund policy. Took about 15 minutes to get a $3.00 overcharge refunded today. I was told I had to have the product with me to have the refund processed. I purchased the item the day before...so I guess if you had already consumed the items and brought your receipt back after that you would be out of luck. Make sure you stand in line and check all your items on your receipt before you leave. Also after you have waited at customer service don't expect to be told you are welcome after you say thank you to them...I had to do that for them, apparently they have not been told that is the appropriate response. I guess the very young girl who told me she was the manager, should have been trained better before running the store on Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Three of us shop in this store,three times a week in this household...could probably expect better service.

As previous posters have said, this store is never stocked properly. Stuff goes on AD and they never have the stock. They'll issue rain checks, still not get the stock and then won't honor the rain check with a similar product. For sure will not extend the rain check past 14 days either. Clearly they have a bigger problem with their mgmt. If I ran that business ( I'm a financial controller) I would look at the inventory manager for answers and I definitely would not let a loyal customer leave without finding a substitute product or I would extend the raincheck out of courtesy. (Which if they did today they would have made more money with less product going out the door. Just by giving the smaller quantity product for the previous Ad price you issued a rain check for. This is definitely doable and would NOT be an inventory issue. That being said, I suggest training your management to be careful of the excuses they are using because they can make fools of themselves and make themselves look and sound stupid. As they did today. They are representatives of your company. Train them properly.) I will be going to the Bradford No Frills location from now on. Finger crossed they are managed properly.

Very dissappointedLast week didn’t have the toilet paper they advertisedThey told me to keep checking each day but never had it.Had no sweet potatoes so the girl went in the back to look and said they have them but they can’t reach them.Just got back from buying the raspberries they had on sale for 2.99 and they are disgusting.moved a few around and underneath all moldy.I know frills is suppose to be cheaper but I will now spend the little extra and go to sobeys or even drive into barrie.It’s costing me more money to go to no frills because they never end up having what they advertise or the food is spoiled and can’t be eaten.

No Frills is often a good place to go for fruits and vegetables, as the competitive pricing ensure a quick turnover. This particular site did not live up to this. The produce was old, poorly displayed and the whole store was disorganized, dirty and tired. Too bad!
