Shutters supplied not to dimensions, no owner accountability requesting 50 % additional cost to reorder due to Quality Shutter communication error with manufacturer Maxxmar. Unbelievable poor Customer Relations.

From start to finish this was a great experience. We are so happy with our blinds and the level of service we got from Shutterbug a.k.a. Quality Shutters & Renovations Inc.Our salesperson was fantastic and showed us everything we needed to know about our new blinds and the installation team was excellent. I have had this company install new California shutters in my home and was extremely happy with the product. I chose heavy duty vinyl california shutters and I have to say they are a night and day improvement over the miniblinds I had before. The installers were very professional and the house was left clean. Highly recommend these guys!

I wanted shutters for my new home but I thought they would be cost prohibited. A friend of mine recommended Quality Shutters. Needless to say my entire house now has beautiful shutters. I have had so many people to my home and they love my shutters and they are shocked when they are told the amazing price. I love my shutters they add such class to my home. The service was professional, all the windows were measured on one date and installed the next. They were on time and removed my old blinds. I would highly recommend these shutters, you will not find a better price or better quality or service.
