Terrible experience dealing with Nancy Gilmore, very slow first and then complete stop in responses, no respond to multiple emails, left multiple voicemails, horrible customer service for someone who is trying to budget their expenses and try to cut costs in difficult times. Least I can hope for is bank to be cooperative and let me explore my best options but no, I get no response.

I've been doing business with RBC since 2011 and have worked with multiple branches. Unfortunately the service I got (better to say I didn't get) from this branch was the worst. Tellers were friendly and professional but one of the account managers that "handled" our requests was unprofessional and ignorant about what she was doing. She didn't know what she was doing, nonetheless she was confident that she was right (well she wasn't). Because of her behavior we decided to do our over half a million turnover elsewhere and use RBC only for our small payments. I expected more from RBC. Deeply disappointed. Once again, this review is only because of this one employee, not anyone else in that branch.

All it takes is one good person. Sometime ago my wife and I had a bad experience at RBC Innisfil branch. We were very disappointed and after being a clients for 25+ years we were ready to go to another bank.Then our mortgage renewal came up on our rental property and we decided to give RBC a second chance?We are so glad we did because our advisor Victoria Collins was terrific! She was friendly and helpful, explained everything we needed to know without overwhelming us with financial jargon and most of all got us the best rate without any games.Thank you so much and we look forward to doing business with RBC in the future.

Nancy was working July 6th at 4:15pm at the sitting desk and was an absolute piece of work. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Get off your high horse. I think I should switch banks after this experience with this teller. Atrocious behaviour towards someone dealing with their fathers estate and lost in the mess of what to do with it all. Thanks for your help today RBC

The lady at the desk with glasses very rude very dismissive then the manger came out started yelling like so unprofessional I don’t know how this lady still works there curly hair and glasses I will be switching banks and never going there again my advice plz never go to that branch they have no respect for people and their clients

We recently visited this branch with what was for us a difficult problem The Manager, Brett, asked if we needed help. He took us into his office and with courtesy, patience, efficiency and understanding, solved our problem. He also showed us how to do this on our own. He is a credit to the organization.

We have had the absolute worst experience with this RBC branch. SOOO SLOW, doesn't answer any calls, or reply to messages. What should have taken 1 week to get done has taken close to 2 months with no sight of being done soon.

We have been dealing with Nancy for over 3 months. What she said would take only a couple of days has now been on going for what feels like forever. She does not answer phone calls, or return my messages. I have left voice mails for over 1 week and not heard from her regarding my messages. Her customer service is not good, and makes you feel like it's your fault she's taking a long time.Highly DO NOT recommend Nancy at RBC.

Today I went in person to my local branch (Innisfil) and had the pleasure to be attended to by the branch manager, Mr. Brett Valenti. I have to commend him and his staff for always providing a very pleasant and accommodating experience. Mr. Valenti was very helpful in terms of taking his time to answer all my questions, and exceeded my expectations in regards to addressing my banking needs in a friendly and engaging manner. Thank-you for a job well done!
