Come on people. Do better! I ordered 2 Bagel BELT’s (bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato unless that has been changed?)2 donuts2 coffeesAt the window I’m told I only ordered one coffee, ok fine (reorder the second coffee and paid again)Then I get home to 2 bagels with sausage on them? Do you just not listen or care? If there was no bacon then say something! What a disappointment. We live just up the street and avoid this location for this reason but I thought ok just this once I’ll give them another shot and this is the reminder I get. Do better!

After I asked why croissant and Tim bits are in the same bag, the guy got angry and answered that it was my fault not to tell him that those two things are for two different people. I asked the name of the manager and he started laughing at me.

This location needs severe work !Donut case was full of flies of what donuts were in there , only a select few were there and they looked old ..Management definitely needs to step it up here .Restaurant also was not very clean .We had to clean the booth ourselves .Do better !

I literally downloaded yelp because the poor reviews of this Tim's are just not right. I've been coming here almost every day for several years and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is nice and the food and service are great!

Poor girl making sandwiches was bombarded with orders, 4 people standing around laughing and talking and nobody could help her, spoke to day time manager and she was very rude and ignorant. She said they were all working, NOT!!! Tim Hortons is sure losing me as a customer, especially the Tim's in Stroud. Prices keep going up and quality is down.

This location needs to work on their ability to manage their mobile orders. The whole purpose is of mobile orders is to avoid line ups by placing your order in advance so when you arrive it’s ready. Not when you arrive, you inform them of your order for them to BEGIN making it.Further more, they must pay attention to how orders are made. People have dietary restrictions. If a hot latte is requested to be made with a milk substitute, please ensure it is done so. As some people may have allergies or intolerances. Furthermore, if sweetener is requested, please follow those instructions as well as some people are diabetic.Just today I ordered a hot latte and it was luke warm.Service needs improvement, especially in the mobile management department. Once improvement has been made. Customers such as myself will be happier rather than walking in anticipating issues with their orders ever time. That’s just not how customer service works and shouldn’t be.

I have purchased Cappuccino (hot) on several occasions and everytime there is a different amount in the cup. Today I paid $3.65 for a half cup of Cappuccino. I love that you have gone back to the old way but there needs to be a measured amount so that they all come out the same. Please look into this so that every one is equal.

Rude and incompetent staff!! They got my drive through order wrong..twice! When we walked into the establishment to request an order correction, they got defensive, argumentative and didn't bother apologizing. For a coffee shop, they certainly don't prioritize customer experience or pay heed to instructions. Clearly, accommodating food-intolerance becomes an inconvenience to the staff at this location :(To the manager - It might be worthwhile to retrain your seemingly jaded staff to display an ounce of politeness towards guests!
