Amazing Customer Service! I noticed a piece of plastic covering dragging from below my car and went to Len’s automative to get it checked out. Even though they didn’t have a hoist to lift the car, they still got Shawn to go under and check it out. They went above and beyond to help us out and I am grateful for the help they provided us. I will definitely come back here!

I was charged almost $800 for my car . It was only there for24 hours after I got my window smashed out because someone was trying to steal it . I asked why so much n she replied the price goes up when it's for the police.

Running a business that when I have a break down I need immediate service and I have always had that service with Ernie and his team. I have large units to move and it is done with quickness, precise, and respectful drivers. I’ve never had a bad experience with Len’s towing and he has done a lot of towing for me! Thank you Ernie you are the first place I call because I know of the service you deliver!

$400 for 35km tow!!!! When questioned about the rate, they said.. I had to pay - Home to home-meaning..they charged me from the moment they left their yard.. until they got back to their yard... since when do you have to pay kms for a tow to get to you.. and pay for kms after the tow? Why am I paying kms for your truck to get back to your yard,?!Guy has the audacity to say "I won't even start my truck for less than $250 , $400 is peanuts"Can you believe that?!?!I'm absolutely shocked h4 said that..So watch out ppl.. they won't start their truck for less then $250.. and they think $400 is peanuts..Avoid this company at all costs.!!!!

Ernie was amazing, my lowered beetle broke down on the way from Niagara to Brantford, he was fast and very respectful of my car. Cannot recommend enough for the towing.Service: Special vehicle towing

The reason for my visit was to access a vehicle in the impound lot. The service was great in the yard. The gentlemen who opened the gates was very knowledgeable in every aspect with regard to details about the investigation done on the vehicle and contents in it. We were very pleased.
