I needed a new phone and Mohamad was right there to help us. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. I'm not real great at new technology but Mohamad set the new phone up and explained the basics. This is the 3rd phone I've bought at the Bell store in the Kanata centrum and definitely will go back.

Very fast and professional work, I was able to transfer my number to a new plan and acquire a new device and transfer all content from old device in about half an hour by employee Ricky very polite and great customer service 5/5 for me
