This Home Hardware is exceptional! What an impressive store from the organization, inventory and staff! The store was clean and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful-especially a gentleman by the name of Alan. The location was bright and appealing and also had a lovely gift section in addition to typical hardware items.

Fantastic experience at Bridlewood HH. Friendly staff approached me to ask if I was in need of assistance. Alan was helpful and knowledgeable in the plumbing section. In a smaller retail store, the people can really make a difference in a customers’ experience. Employees with life experience and a positive attitude like Alan are increasingly hard to come by in retail. I hope they know what they’ve got!?

I had visited the store in the afternoon after a medical appt on June 5 which, was the hottest day so far this year. The employees were very helpful. I was done shopping and had to wait about 40 minutes on a bench to the left of the store in the shade. A female employee can out and asked me if I would to prefer to wait inside and keep cool in the AC but, I told her that I was good as there was a breeze and the shade. It would have been a different response if, it was in the direct sun.
The employee came back out and handed me a bottle of water to keep hydrated and I thanked her for the water as it was very refreshing and told her I was waiting for Para Transpo for my ride.
I apologize to the employee as I never asked her name but, she was a kind person.
This is why we should support our local Home Hardware as this store has a great variety, good prices and caring employees as you will never get that the big box stores.
Keep up the great service and this is now my go to store.

Helping staff is worst here. They stop in between and go to other customers and the young guys here have less knowledge and they suggest wrong items to pick it which does not work after purchasing them and we can’t return them after using it. So disgusting service.

The store is not huge, yet always manages to have what I need. As an added bonus, the employees actually know where to find things and are very friendly. That Home Hardware is Canadian and there's one within walking distance is an added bonus.

My husband and I were there on sunday May5th/2024. We needed help finding something and we asked a young kid that works there. He couldnt find it and then proceeded to tell my husband that they were short on staff and its an hour before they close. I dont know what that has to do with anything. I understand if its 10 minutes but an hour?

I have been shopping at the Bridlewood Home Hardware since it opened and have always been so impressed with the caring staff. They never let you down. Particular kudos to Cynthia who is always very kind, helpful and offers great educational tips, and to Liz for her kindness and care at the check out. Great place to shop!
