Quick, professional and knowledgeable. Mala and Natalia were both friendly, consummate professionals and highly competent. I had my last BMD scan at Kanata Imaging in July, 2025. The advance booking process was as straightforward as before, reception was prompt and efficient and the scan conducted by Mala went very smoothly. Mala proved once again through her manner, her knowledge and her skills that she is an excellent BMD technologist.

I recently had a bone density test done, Mala, the technologist who performed the test, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly caring and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
The customer service staff was also exceptional—polite, efficient, and welcoming. Everything was done on time, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.

She is so professional and lovely. The clinic overall gets five stars from me.

I came in needing an earlier appointment and the receptionist was able to get me in 3 weeks earlier than my scheduled appointment. Awesome place. I only come here.
Since I’m unable to add a separate review I will add to this one.
On November 5th, I came in and Kai, the receptionist, was so pleasant and friendly and helpful. I absolutely love coming here. The technician who helped me, sorry don’t know her name, was an absolute doll. So patient and thoughtful. I so appreciate the people who work here.

I have been going to this clinic for a long time now for the past 2 years and have only had great experience. I arrive about 5 to max 10 mins early and this is enough time and I always get admitted on time for my appointment. My experience with Natalia has always been fantastic - exceptional professionalism.

I had a very positive experience this morning at the Kanata location. The front line staff were personable and efficient, and the technician, Mala, was both professional and pleasant. My wait time was minimal and my appointment time was in fact, early.

I had x-rays done in early September. There was a long wait for the technician but he was friendly and thorough. I was advised that I would be able to see my x-rays on Medblu within 15 days however, 7 weeks and many phone calls later, my results have not been posted to my account and no one seems able to resolve the issue. Will not be using the CDN again.
