Worst service I’ve ever received from a bank. They ignore you for weeks. Even the head office customer service. They send me daily harrassing reminders via text and email to pick up a card I already have. They accepted me to get a credit card. I used it once and immediately paid it off. They then put a block on my card and asked I provide different ID. I’ve given everything under the sun. They opened my card again only to lock it again! For the same reason. Someone in branch even called and gave my ID over the phone. This is awful treatment. Customer service hasn’t responded in over 2 weeks. Beware, do not use this bank.

Very difficult to take money out of your account from this bank. It seems like customer service rep dont care.

One month wait to book an appointment to speak to a *human* at this branch... are you kidding?!? Either hire some people to actually work in this palatial waste of space, or admit that your centralized service model for the Kanata region is a failure, and close this location in favour of smaller regional branches!
Apparently CIBC has forgotten that they exist to serve their *customers*, and not just to turn huge profits for corporate shareholders by cutting costs and eliminating services. Disgraceful...

Worst service. Always a line with not enough people to help. There is no sense of urgency at this branch. It’s one of the only Cibc’s in the area that deals with cash. I try to avoid this branch if I can.

One thing i learned over time. You know the value of bank when you are taking out money and have to get statment, NOT when you are putting money In. I never got by joining bonus. I got my non registered account statements as screenshots. I requested for FHSA withdrawal, and it's the 6th day, no response from the bank. 1 thing CIBC was good at good interest rate and gics.

They make us phone for a number to access OUR accounts, which is quite inconvenient and not possible at night for fear of waking family who work.They made such a big deal about changing their logo.... WHO CARES.

If I could put a lower score than one star I would. The building is pretty but the service is appalling (on par with service I have experienced in banks in third world countries but at least the latter had justification); long waits to see clerks and management is lackadaisical even in dealing pressing/urgent matters. Best advise I can give....bank elsewhere.
