If I could give a zero out of five, I would this company is absolutely garbage. I use their car wash at the March road location and their car wash scratched my car. I have picture evidence and I just got a letter in the mail saying that don’t agree they are responsible. Which they clearly are, it is obvious when you look at the scratches on my car that comes from their car wash.

Could not scan Optimus card from the phone. Tried twice different at pumps. Had to go to clerk. Ask to use 4000 or you will end up with 2 pending transactions

I've never been so disappointed with any rep at circle k before until what we've been through today, it's definitely unacceptable.We have a car wash ticket and it's not working at the car wash garage when we entered it at the gate. So we parked our car and walked into the circle k store at the gas station and wanted some help, the rep was Mohammad Saab, even after we said it's unused he insisted we've redemed the code and asked us to come back on Monday, like we are liars and some cheapskates. We remained respectful never said any rude words to him and we were even in calm tone, but he was cold and didn't even care.I can't describe how disappointed we were, and what we've been through was not even a word unfair would include. It's a nightmare. I guess we just can't believe this would happen in our neibourhood, if you can provide this person with some proper training and consider again if you want to hire him that would help you customer service level.

Well Maintained gas station, didn't have any issues. Got myself a carwash at the time and it went well. It was a beautiful day and my car needed it.

Not much has changed here in 20 years. Just pay at the pump and go about your day.Avoid the washroom as it's filthy and employee didn't seem to care. Not sure how Esso cooperate doesn't make changes here as it's right smack dab in the middle of the Kanata high tech centre, or as some call it, the 'Silicon Valley of the North.'

A decent gas station that also offers a car wash, tire inflator, and a Circle K convenience store. Inside the convenience store, you can find has a small self-serve Tim Hortons coffee station.
