Came in Saturday, 90 minutes before the wedding as best man with an emergency. The young lady working sized me up in a second a d had everthing fit perfectly first try and I was out the door in 10 mins. She was incredible! Sorry about the tumeric

Had the pleasure of purchasing a suit from Regina today. She immediately had a great sense of my style and what I was looking for. Everything fit perfectly and I also got a great deal in two new shirts. Highly recommend consulting with Regina before your next suit purchase. 30 minutes in and out with 2 great outfits to wear!

Customer service was very poor, was not greeted, was not asked if I needed any help upon entry. When I approached the front desk to purchase my item(s) I was not greeted or spoken to, desk attendants just looked down at the desk and didn't acknowledge my presence in any way shape or form in a very pretentious way, they asked for my phone number without mentioning why they needed it, didn't ask if I needed receipt, it was a terrible example of customer service. I've personally worked in hospitality and customer service for 10 years and in all my years of working/shopping I have never experienced a more lazy, unwelcoming and disrespectful experience and If it wasn't because I had to attend a wedding the very next day I would have walked straight out those doors. It was shameful and unacceptable customer service.

Amazing salesperson was by himself but still managed to serve all 6-8 customers and make sure that no one felt left out. Unfortunately didn’t catch his name but recommend location for good customer service

Very uncomfortable shopping experience.Security guard was eyeing us as soon as we entered the store. Not a friendly bunch either.

Terrible shopping experience. Completely ignored by 3 staff. The 4th staff member tried to help me but was run off their feet trying to help the other customers. Selected a new tee for my husband. Waited at cash for nearly 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. Left the item at the cash and walked out.I also would like to note how messy the store was. The cash desk had piles of returns. One staff member brought out a rolling rake and left it unassembled in the middle of the sales floor. A major tripping hazard!

Terrible store.....I walked in and looked at and 2 men chatting behind the desk, one is the manager....neither of them acknowledged that I was there, didn't even make eye contact... I helped my self around the store but much to my dismay the selection was incredibly poor, shelves were not stocked, no spring coats (sorry there were 4) and I had some questions but still no help from the store reps. I took a couple shirts into the dressing room to try on and carried on shopping. Finally as I'm walking out of the store the manager comes up and says "hello". I told him I was upset with the selection and the fact that it took either one of them so long to help me out, he blamed it on "the new computer system".....guess what, "the new computer system" should be second to the customer. He then told me that all the new stock was in boxes and they had not got around to pulling it out, this was my second time in this store in a week and I got the same answer the last time...... This is why I buy online from the states, service is terrible , selection is terrible and if you want customers coming back , GET YOU S**T TOGETHER !!!! I would give it -5 stars if I could...head office needs to make a change at this , I spend thousands of dollars a year in clothes , but never again at George Richards...UPDATE 22/03/2021 I spoke with the district manager who apologized profusely on behalf of the company. After a quick chat with her I feel happy with the outcome. Thank you to her for a good conversation.
