Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Guess, all thanks to the incredible store manager, Jolene! I went in looking for a new pair of jeans but had no idea what size or style would work best for me. Jolene was so patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me find the perfect fit. She guided me toward the Simmone High Rise Skinny Jeans, and I’ve honestly never felt more confident in a pair of jeans before. They fit like a dream and feel amazing! Jolene and Avery are the great employees who provided satisfactory service to me and my friend. We both were very pleased with the customer service they provided us. They both asked us many times if we needed any help which shows their concerns towards their customer! Treated us with big smile on their face! Made our day. They both should get rewarded by their store manager!
A satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all:)

It was my worst nightmare to buy things from here. I went to the store to buy stuff and they told me that they can you can return any time within 30 days and when I went to return it even though I called them, they said they can’t take it back because of so and so reason , holiday or what not And they told me to go somewhere else and return it. I mean I quarrel with the manager which was about juvenile for the age to become a manager and didn’t had proper response to what I asked for. I am really disappointed to my stuff from this store.

They were on Saturday, November 18, 2023, and it was very interesting and unpleasant that the store was open until 9:00 p.m., and after 5:00 p.m. we were not given the opportunity to use the fitting rooms.How can a clothing store not allow you to measure it??
